Blue-eyed bartender Cecilia Duarte will prepare your margarita anyway you like it — straight up, on the rocks or frozen. The tequila menu offers a traditional lime margarita, the Taco Loco special with Grand Marnier, or frozen mango, passion fruit, peach or other fruits, made with your choice of 75 brands of hand-crafted 100 percent blue agave tequila. “Younger people might identify with Cabo Wabo,” says owner Miguel Tomasio. His favorite is Sauza Tres Generaciones. “It’s very pure, with a lot of taste. I like silver tequila, you can taste the peppery flavor,” he says. Taco Loco also offers sangrias, pina coladas, and beer. “We want to exceed the customer’s expectation,” says Tomasio, “We want you back all the time.”
