There's little doubt that AvalonBay offers some of the most luxurious apartments in Fairfield Country. Though offerings differ from site to site -- the California-based realty company has three complexes in Stamford, two in Danbury and one each in Shelton, Trumbull, Wilton and New Canaan -- the places boast full-size washers and dryers, state-of-the-art gyms, pools, tennis courts, outdoor barbeque areas and picnic places and even (in the case of the Stamford Harbor location) a marina and boardwalk. People in Fairfield County spend a lot of time commuting. We have to have something nice to come home to after the day.
