Family-owned and -operated since 1920, Hansen's Flower Shop has been Fairfield's favorite local florist for quite a while. The current owner, Bruce Minoff, has worked in exotic flower shops from Boston to Miami. "When it comes down to it," Minoff says, "I really want to exceed your expectations." "Everything leaves the store packaged neatly," he says, "almost to the point where people like the packaging as much as they like the flowers."
