Rivera says the hotel gets a lot of corporate and business travelers, especially with its location near New York City, and it's close to shopping and visible from I-95. "It's a unique property," Rivera says. Visitors who take part in the hotel's Gold Passport and Diamond Members programs may "become a member and are entitled to certain amenities." The hotel's banquet facilities are popular too. "We do a lot of corporate business, and private business on weekends," Rivera says, "weddings, bar mitzvahs." So, the hotel offers something of value not just for tired out-of-towners but for locals too.
