They'll make your burrito just the way you want it at Senor Salsa (formerly known as La Salsa). You can ask for any kind of variation on the eight burritos on the menu -- grilled steak, chicken, shrimp, classic bean and cheese (they cook the beans from scratch). The "Sea Senor" (get it?) burrito is made with mahi mahi and a Vera Cruz sauce of olives, capers, onions and tomatoes. And if you're really hungry, try the "Champion" (that's the really big one). The selection of salsas -- try the mango salsa on the shrimp burrito -- are made fresh every day. Service is quick and friendly at this casual 35-seat joint. Senor Salsa is now independently owned by Garry Dean.
