At A&S Fine Foods, you can feed a family of four for less than 30 bucks - McDonald's prices for dishes like lasagna, chicken marsala and stromboli, all made with the deli's own pasta and mozzarella flown in from Italy. Prepared meals are a specialty, says manager and owner Erik Cohen, but the two locations, in Stamford and Norwalk, also offer hot daily soup and entree specials and full-service catering. (They cater about five events a month.) "No one in Stamford can stand next to us in terms of quality and services," exclaims Cohen.
