Sarah Arnold and Miguel Tomasio from Taco Loco
There's the lively bar (with 75 different kinds of tequila), the outdoor patio and the friendly staff, but the real secret of Taco Loco's success is that over the last 27 years it has kept up with the evolving tastes of its customers. Taco Loco still serves tacos, burritos and fresh guacamole, but today there are more fish dishes on the menu. Think mahi mahi tacos, and paella filled with tender clams, scallops, squid and shrimp. Grilled steak is complimented by a fresh green chimichurri sauce. Some customers stop in for appetizers before a movie and come back for dessert afterwards. When there's passion fruit sorbet enrobed in a white chocolate shell, wouldn't you come back?
